A: We regularly work with local pet stores and animal shelters such as North Dixie Hardware, Arrow Wine, Rhinegeist Brewery, Oddhouse Drive thru, Siebenthaler's Garden Centers, and many others. - Q: How should I store your products? A: Our dog treats are shelf stable for one year.
- Q: Is there a limit to how much I can order? A: There is no limit to how much you can order. However, for small orders (less than 10 bags), please use the amazon listing.

- Q: Is pickup available? A: Yes, please contact us so that we can have your order ready between 9am and 1pm on certain days.

- Q: Can I order any amounts/quantities? A: The minimum dollar amount you can purchase from this website is $64 worth of product, but that can be any product we offer. - Q: How do I get my order? A: We offer free local delivery within 25 miles. Shipping is also available within the contiguous U.S.. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
- Q: Do you use delivery services from third-parties? A: At this time, we do not use third party delivery services. Delivery is managed by the same amazing team that bakes our delicious treats.
- Q: Can I change my pickup or delivery time? A: If you need to change your pickup or delivery time, please contact us ASAP

- Q: What health and safety procedures are being followed? A: All employees follow FDA Guidelines when it comes to washing hands and wearing proper uniform everyday.
- Q: What ingredients are used in your dog treats? A: Our treats are USDA certified. Ingredients: Whole wheat flour, cornmeal, water, vegetable oil, (beef, chicken or cheese base depending on the flavor) and sodium benzoate as a preservative.
