About Us
Mission and Values:
A career can be a bridge to greater self-esteem and a stronger sense of community connection. However, professionals with disabilities commonly face obstacles to finding and keeping a job in traditional work settings. With our social enterprises, we are removing employment obstacles for professionals with disabilities and advancing employment opportunities for individuals to explore their interests, build skills, and achieve their goals.
Boundless Confection Connection is a partnership between a group of passionate community members consisting of special education professionals, parents from Brunswick high school, and I Am Boundless—a 501 [c][3] nonprofit. Our mission is to address the low employment rate for people with disabilities in Brunswick while providing a one-of-a-kind service to the local community.
Our mission is to help our employees build vocational and social skills to gain employment in the general community. We believe doing good can taste good too!
Organization Background:
The Boundless mission is to build a world that realizes the boundless potential of all people. Everything we do is in furtherance of that mission and shaped by our values of love, respect, empowerment, excellence, and well-being. For more than forty years, Boundless has provided people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) and behavioral health challenges the freedom and opportunity to live boundless lives. Founded in 1980 as Franklin County Residential Services, we have grown from a modest, centralized organization into a dynamic family of nonprofits engaged with I/DD and behavioral health communities across the state. Our approach to whole-person care celebrates each individual and empowers them to become active participants in the communities where they live, work, and play.
As a Council on Quality and Leadership Person-Centered Excellence accredited organization, Boundless provides person-centered care to over 4,000 youth, adults, and families with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral health challenges in over fifty Ohio counties. Our programs empower the independence for the people we serve and continually improve their quality of life. We are always looking for ways to better serve I/DD and behavioral health communities. In Medina County, Boundless offers residential services, behavioral health services, after-school programming, and a hands-on adult day program tailored to individual passions, skills, and abilities. Our Boundless Community Pathways program provides ongoing opportunities for the people we serve to connect with their peers, learn new skills, and explore their community. We take the time to get to know each of our participants and develop person-centered programming that appeals to their individual needs and interests. Our organization works toward an individual’s personal goals and objectives through our integrated curriculum which offers opportunities for skill building and pre-vocational training.

General questions
- Q: Where are you located and how A: You can find us at 3819 Center Road Brunswick, Ohio 44212
- Q: Can I visit you? A: Yes! Our bakery team loves visitors, but keep in mind we do not offer retail sales.
- Q: Why does my order size have to be $64.00 or more? A: We are a wholesale business, so we are unable to offer in-store sales or small order fulfillment. As a social enterprise of I Am Boundless, we are committed to creating sustainable opportunities for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities to earn fair wages and contribute to their communities.
- Q: Are you hiring? A: Please contact us for any employment inquires.
Products and Services
- Q: Is there anywhere else I can buy your products? A: At this time you can only place an order on our website, or you can call, or come into the bakery and we can help you place an order on our website.
- Q: How should I store your products? A: Most products can be kept in their packaging on the counter for up to 7 days, or you can freeze them for up to 3 months.
- Q: Is there a limit to how much I can order? A: There is no maximum, but we do have a 7-day out delivery/pick up schedule. If you need it before then please reach out to us to make sure we can prepare extra-large orders in time.
- Q: Do you bake wedding cakes? Do you support _____ events? A: At this time, we do not offer full-sized cakes but we can do cupcakes and/or anything else on our menu.

Ordering, Delivery, etc.
- Q: Is pickup available? A: Yes, pickup is available Tuesday-Friday from 9:30am-1:30pm. Please call ahead or schedule your pickup in your order notes.
- Q: When do you deliver? A: Our deliveries are made on Wednesdays and Fridays between 9:30am and 1:30pm EST.
- Q: Can I stop in and purchase to take with me? A: At this time, we cannot accommodate retail sales, but you can stop in to place a wholesale order or ask questions!
- Q: What do I do if I have an issue with my products or order? A: Reach out to us via email or phone and we'll get your issue sorted out.
- Q: Can I order any amounts/quantities? A: The minimum dollar amount you can purchase is $64 worth of product. but that can be any product we offer. Specific quantities can be found in the product listings.
- Q: Do I have to pre-order my products or do you take walk-in orders? A: You can walk in and order, but at this time we do not have products ready for you to take home same day
- Q: How do I get my order? A: We offer delivery within Medina County on Wednesdays and Fridays, or you can Pick it up Tuesday-Friday from 9:30am-1:30pm. Please call ahead or schedule your pickup in your order notes.
- Q: Do you use delivery services from third-parties? A: At this time, we do not use third party delivery services. Delivery is managed by the same amazing team that bakes our delicious treats.
- Q: Can I change my pickup or delivery time? A: If you need to change your pickup or delivery time, please contact us ASAP
- Q: Do you offer shipping? A: At this time we do not offer shipping. We only deliver within Medina County, Ohio. If you would like an exception to this delivery radius, please contact us
- Q: I forgot to pick up my cake order yesterday! Can I still pick it up today? A: Please contact us to set up a new time for pick up or delivery
- Q: Can I change, cancel, or request a refund my order after it has been placed? A: Please contact us ASAP
Ingredients, Allergies, etc.
- Q: Is your bakery a nut-free facility? A: No. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate nut allergies at this time.
- Q: What health and safety procedures are being followed in the bakery? A: All employees follow FDA Guidelines when it comes to washing hands and wearing proper uniform everyday.
- Q: Do you have dairy-free/egg-free/sugar-free/gluten-free/vegan/keto/Kosher/etc? A: Not at this time. If you would like to see products that fit these criteria in the future, please use our contact info to let us know!

- Q: How should I store your products? A: Our dog treats are shelf stable for one year.
- Q: Is there a limit to how much I can order? A: There is no limit to how much you can order. However, for small orders (less than 10 bags), please use the amazon listing.

- Q: What ingredients are used in your dog treats? A: Our treats are USDA certified. Ingredients: Whole wheat flour, cornmeal, water, vegetable oil, (beef, chicken or cheese base depending on the flavor) and sodium benzoate as a preservative.
