We are a nonprofit bakery that specializes in capturing the nostalgic tastes of popular classic baked goods. Customers will travel back in time when they take a bite of these delicious, homemade treats.
What makes Boundless Confection Connection unique is its dedication to creating an accessible and inclusive work environment for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Our mission is to help our employees build vocational and social skills to gain employment in the general community. We believe doing good can taste good too!

General questions
- Q: Where are you located and how A: You can find us at 3819 Center Road Brunswick, Ohio 44212
- Q: Can I visit you? A: Yes! Our bakery team loves visitors, but keep in mind we do not offer retail sales.
- Q: Why does my order size have to be $64.00 or more? A: We are a wholesale business, so we are unable to offer in-store sales or small order fulfillment. As a social enterprise of I Am Boundless, we are committed to creating sustainable opportunities for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities to earn fair wages and contribute to their communities.
- Q: Are you hiring? A: Please contact us for any employment inquires.
Products and Services
- Q: Is there anywhere else I can buy your products? A: At this time you can only place an order on our website, or you can call, or come into the bakery and we can help you place an order on our website.
- Q: How should I store your products? A: Most products can be kept in their packaging on the counter for up to 7 days, or you can freeze them for up to 3 months.
- Q: Is there a limit to how much I can order? A: There is no maximum, but we do have a 7-day out delivery/pick up schedule. If you need it before then please reach out to us to make sure we can prepare extra-large orders in time.
- Q: Do you bake wedding cakes? Do you support _____ events? A: At this time, we do not offer full-sized cakes but we can do cupcakes and/or anything else on our menu.

Ordering, Delivery, etc.
- Q: Is pickup available? A: Yes, pickup is available Tuesday-Friday from 9:30am-1:30pm. Please call ahead or schedule your pickup in your order notes.
- Q: When do you deliver? A: Our deliveries are made on Wednesdays and Fridays between 9:30am and 1:30pm EST.
- Q: Can I stop in and purchase to take with me? A: At this time, we cannot accommodate retail sales, but you can stop in to place a wholesale order or ask questions!
- Q: What do I do if I have an issue with my products or order? A: Reach out to us via email or phone and we'll get your issue sorted out.
- Q: Can I order any amounts/quantities? A: The minimum dollar amount you can purchase is $64 worth of product. but that can be any product we offer. Specific quantities can be found in the product listings.
- Q: Do I have to pre-order my products or do you take walk-in orders? A: You can walk in and order, but at this time we do not have products ready for you to take home same day
- Q: How do I get my order? A: We offer delivery within Medina County on Wednesdays and Fridays, or you can Pick it up Tuesday-Friday from 9:30am-1:30pm. Please call ahead or schedule your pickup in your order notes.
- Q: Do you use delivery services from third-parties? A: At this time, we do not use third party delivery services. Delivery is managed by the same amazing team that bakes our delicious treats.
- Q: Can I change my pickup or delivery time? A: If you need to change your pickup or delivery time, please contact us ASAP
- Q: Do you offer shipping? A: At this time we do not offer shipping. We only deliver within Medina County, Ohio. If you would like an exception to this delivery radius, please contact us
- Q: I forgot to pick up my cake order yesterday! Can I still pick it up today? A: Please contact us to set up a new time for pick up or delivery
- Q: Can I change, cancel, or request a refund my order after it has been placed? A: Please contact us ASAP
Ingredients, Allergies, etc.
- Q: Is your bakery a nut-free facility? A: No. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate nut allergies at this time.
- Q: What health and safety procedures are being followed in the bakery? A: All employees follow FDA Guidelines when it comes to washing hands and wearing proper uniform everyday.
- Q: Do you have dairy-free/egg-free/sugar-free/gluten-free/vegan/keto/Kosher/etc? A: Not at this time. If you would like to see products that fit these criteria in the future, please use our contact info to let us know!
